Childcare (for ages 3–12)

EPSC provides its own professional childcare facilities at TU Berlin. The service will be provided from Monday to Friday, split into two time blocks per day:

The childcare service will be charged with a fee of €5 per time block (i.e. €10 per day). Requests will be handled on a first come – first serve basis.

On-site, you are supposed to contact the staff at the information regarding any vacant capacities.

If you are interested in booking childcare, please send an email to Philipp Gläser, member of the Local Organizing Committee team. Your email should provide the following information:

• First name, last name, email address and mobile phone of contact person (parent);
• First name, last name, age and spoken languages of the child;
• Preferred time blocks for the childcare service. We kindly ask you to first check your EPSC2018 schedule before reserving time blocks for the childcare.
